Andreas is a partner at the firm and heads its busy and vibrant litigation department, where he has been instrumental in the department’s growth and development. He specializes in Banking and Finance, Insurance, Medical Negligence, Employment Law and Contractual Disputes.
Andreas represents major banking institutions that operate both nationally and internationally, providing legal advice on banking law, as well as litigating complex cases in the field. He also advises and litigates on behalf of leading insurance companies in Cyprus and provides advice to private companies and semi-governmental organizations on employment and civil law.
Beyond his courtroom practice, Andreas offers legal consultancy services to international companies based in Cyprus, as well as private clients and semi-governmental organizations. He advises on various aspects of Cyprus law, including corporate structuring, compliance, corporate immigration, labor law, and relocation matters, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements. Andreas also negotiates and drafts legal agreements, providing precise interpretations of laws, rulings, and regulations to address his clients’ diverse legal needs.
Andreas was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2008. He is a member of both the Nicosia and Cyprus Bar Associations. Additionally, he is an accredited and registered mediator in Cyprus, specialising in commercial disputes and a certified professional trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA), Level 5 CYQF/EQF.
