Melina Karaolia is a Partner with M. Eliades & Partners LLC. Her work encompasses a diverse range of corporate, commercial and litigation matters. She advises clients in multiple commercial, civil law issues and business law disputes. She concentrates on advising and representing clients in corporate and commercial transactions and legal matters relating to corporate project structuring and business development.
Melina is a qualified Arbitrator in Cyprus and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London. She is in the executive committee of the Institute’s Cyprus branch. She is also a member of the board of the Cyprus Arbitration Forum.
She is also an accredited and registered Mediator in Cyprus and the Vice President of the Cyprus Mediation Association.
